Adam Coleman, MBA
Adam Coleman joined the SHM Architects team in 2022, bringing more than 26 years of experience in operations in industries such as construction, retail, commercial and residential. His most recent position had him working for a contractor as Chief Operating Officer/Vice President Operations. Born in Tasmania, Australia, Adam’s work has taken him across the globe and landed him in Dallas, Texas. He brings a detailed, practical approach to business and prides himself on being able to relate to just about anyone.
Adam holds degrees from AA Elizabeth College in Australia, Northern State University, The University of Texas-Pan American, and has studied at Cornell University. His role at SHM will allow him to share his skills in organization, project management, organizational development, metrics and strategy management, and strategic planning.
With his reputation as being a reliable leader and a "people person", Adam is passionate about taking care of his team and mentoring as many people as possible. He enjoys traveling with his wife, Gabriella, as well as playing squash and scale modeling.
