Collin was born and raised in central Texas. In 2019, he graduated with a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. In his last year of school, he helped lead a design-studio that saw a home be designed and built over the course of the school year. This experience solidified his desire to work in the residential design field.
Collin came to SHM in the Spring of 2021 after having gained a few years of experience in the multifamily field. He came with an appreciation for the finer details that help bring a space together. His passion for crafted spaces is what drew him to SHM.
In his free time, Collin enjoys crate-digging at his local record store with his wife, Kelly, and exploring the city with their golden retriever, Charlie. A maker at heart, he enjoys anything he can create with his hands whether it’s practicing guitar, trying a new recipe or building a piece of furniture for his apartment.
