Debbie ten Napel
Debbie’s hometown is Flower Mound, Texas. She studied Fashion & Apparel Design at Texas Tech University (Wreck ‘Em!). She began her professional career as a fashion designer. She stepped away from her career to raise her children. When she came back to the workforce, she started as an executive assistant which transitioned to a role in HR.
Her life long passion is interior design, so it was a perfect fit when she was offered the role to work with the interior design department at SHM! She started in March 2022. She has been a long time fan of SHM Architects. Her love for interiors and SHM seemed like a match made in heaven.
In her free time, she loves anything that involves making something from scratch (except in the kitchen!) She loves sewing, building furniture, and crafting. Her happy place is anywhere that sparks her creativity- craft fairs, thrift stores, flea markets, fabric stores, hardware stores and so on.
