During my summer with SHM, I learned not only about the day to days of being an architect but also what it means to belong to a community as strong and supportive as SHM's. Through my intern project, I got a design outlet to use what I was learning in real-time. The time and energy SHM puts into their internship program makes it immensely valuable and shows their dedication to their employees.
